Do we print in colour ink?

No, we only print in black ink.
Do we sell waterproof labels?

Yes, our 45mmx15mm, 40mmx20mm and 30mmx10mm labels are all waterproof and washable.
Is our Iron on Labels and Satin Ribbons washable?

Yes, we print with special laundry resin and they are washable.
When can I receive my order?

We print orders within 7 business days after receipt of a proof of payment. Delivery time depends on the courier service selected. Postnet usually deliver within 5-7 business days. PUDO delivers within 4-5 business days.
Why is my Iron On Labels not adhering properly?

If you have problems getting your labels to adhere properly, the following may be the problem: 1. Your iron is not hot enough. Your iron should be on the hottest setting with NO STEAM. 2. Applying the iron for too long. It may cause the labels not to stick. 3. You are not using a proper pressing cloth. The cloth's material needs to be very thin to allow heat through. 4. Everyone's iron is different. Try adjusting the amount of time you apply the iron to the labels. NOTE: You need to use the hottest setting for every item you are labeling. However, there may be some materials to which you cannot apply a very hot iron. For example, nylon, satin, acetate, etc. In these cases, our labels are soft and thin enough to be sewn on instead.
